‘The trio which made ‘Rain’ (me plus Graham Maby and Dave Houghton) turned out to be my most enduring touring band, and we had a lot of fun on the road for a few years. We went to places I never thought I’d get to, like Israel, Turkey, Mexico and South Africa, and I think this album is a good representation of what we did and is probably my favourite of my live albums’.
